The double room was cozy, complete with a private bathroom that offered ample space to unwind after a long day. The garden area is a hidden gem, ideal for sipping coffee and catching a breather amidst the hustle of the day.
Getting to the hotel can be a bit of a trek. bicycle riders may find the bus transfer and steps to navigate a nuisance. The creaking floorboards are a reminder of the building's age, and noise from neighboring guests can disrupt the tranquility a bit, especially if they are moving around at odd hours.

Stunning property with a lovely courtyard and sizable rooms. The hosts made me feel like a VIP, and the location was just perfect for exploring quaint streets and the grand cathedral. Cannot recommend enough!
I may need to invest in some firmer pillows, my slumber turned into a soft cloud of confusion. Oh, and a hospitality tray in the room would have been splendid, but I suppose I can walk for my tea!

this hotel is a wonderful gem in laon. its right next to the beautiful cathedral, and the street is calm. the garden is perfect for a lil coffee break, and isabelle and her family made us feel so welcome, like we were personal guests. our room was super cozy and nicely decorated, and the breakfast was really good. parking was easy to find nearby, even with the narrow streets.
the only complaints i have is the pillows were too soft for my taste, and it would be nice to have a hospitality tray in the room.

I stayed for three nights and enjoyed my time. The location was close to the beautiful cathedral. The large en-suite bathroom was comfortable. My hosts were friendly and welcoming. I liked the shared garden area, which was perfect for taking a break. I’m used to tropical weather, so the lack of air conditioning was a change, but the fans helped. it was a pleasant stay.

A beautifully decorated property with a central yet quiet location, just a minute's walk from the cathedral. The bedroom was spacious with a large ensuite bath, providing a comfortable retreat, while the access to a cozy guest lounge added to the experience. Although breakfast was satisfactory, it could have featured more local delicacies like fresh fish to elevate the meal. The pillows were not supportive enough for my taste, and a hospitality tray in the room would've enhanced comfort.
